Closing the quarter without the scramble
A three-week plan for ending the quarter with fewer late nights and more signed deals.

The last two weeks of a quarter do not have to feel like a sprint. The calm teams simply start earlier.
Three weeks out
- Review every deal in Negotiation. Confirm the signer and the paperwork path.
- Ask each buyer directly: what could stop this from closing by the end of the month?
Two weeks out
- Send final proposals for everything in Proposal that can realistically close.
- Move anything that cannot close this quarter to next quarter's close date. Honesty now beats a miss later.
Final week
- Focus only on deals with a signer engaged.
- Log every touch so leadership can see momentum without asking for updates.
After the quarter
Hold a short review. Look at Won and Lost deals side by side and write down one thing to repeat and one thing to change. Then start next quarter's pipeline hygiene on Monday.
Put this into practice.
